Remove CFX_MemoryStream uses in tests.
Replace with CFX_BufferSeekableReadStream, which allows for spans and
const inputs.
Change CXFA_DocumentParser to take IFX_SeekableReadStream instead of
IFX_SeekableStream in the process.
