Deprecate FPDFDest_GetPageIndex and create a fixed version.
FPDFDest_GetDestPageIndex() has a well defined return value for
errors (-1). Keeping FPDFDest_GetPageIndex() to avoid changing
behavior of the old API for whoever relies on it.
