Remove unneeded CPVT classes.
- CPVT_Size is the same as CFX_PointF - CPVT_FloatRange is unused. - CPVT_ArrayTemplate is just a wrapper for CFX_ArrayTemplate. Review-Url: https://codereview.chromium.org/1919283008
