Reason for revert:
Causing segv on certain PDFs which make the PDF load tests hang. crbug.com/608901
Original issue's description:
> Remove unneeded CPVT classes.

> - CPVT_ArrayTemplate is just a wrapper for CFX_ArrayTemplate.
