Remove NeedAlpha() in CFX_ImageTransformer.
WriteColorResult(), which calls NeedAlpha(), runs on a per-pixel basis
in CFX_ImageTransformer. NeedAlpha() repeats some conditional
calculations. Remove that for a slight speed-up.
