Avoid default arguments in EmbedderTest::OpenDocument().chromium/3300
Default arguments are banned on virtual functions. Remove default arguments and rename OpenDocument() to OpenDocumentWithOptions(). Add wrappers for OpenDocumentWithOptions() to call it with sensible options.
