This change mainly contains files in fpdfsdk/ directory.
This is part of the efforts to make PDFium code compilable
by Clang chromium style plugins.
The changes are mainly the following:
-- move inline constructor/destructor of complex class/struct out-of-line;
-- add constructor/destructor of complex class/struct if not
explicitly defined;
-- add explicit out-of-line copy constructor when needed;
-- move inline virtual functions out-of-line;
-- Properly mark virtual functions with 'override';
-- some minor cleanups plus removing an unused file and splitting
cxfa_eventparam out from fxfa.h

The progressive decoder will attempt to verify that the provided image type
matches the actual image content. We need to disable this check when running
the fuzzer in order to target the fuzzing to specific decoders otherwise
each fuzzer will end up fuzzing all of the decoders.

The V8_INLINE tag is for internal V8 usage only and should not be used by
embedders. I've removed it to let the compiler decide on the inlining, if we
determine in the future things need to be force inlined we can add our own
inlining wrapper.

The Skia Windows build for PDFium differs from the
Skia Chromium build in that it uses FreeType within
PDFium and Direct Write within Chromium. This allows
Chrome to match the UI of Windows, and allows
PDFium to use FreeType to measure and draw.
When PDFium was updated to use gn, the settings
from Chrome were used as the basis for the PDFium
settings. Subsequently, PDFium built with Skia on
Windows drew text incorrectly as it used FreeType to
look up the font glyphs and Direct Write to draw them.
This fixes the gn files, and also fixes an error that
crept into the now less-used gyp files.

Make CFDE_TxtEdtParag::m_lpData a int32_t*, not void*, since
it is cast to int32_t everywhere it is used.
Many fxbarcode casts are redundant, likely the result of
previous generic PtrArray replacement with templated type.

This Cl changes CFXJSE_Context::GetGlobalObject to return a
std::unique_ptr<CFXJSE_Value> instead of accepting a CFXJSE_Value out parameter.
All usages created the CFXJSE_Value with the same runtime as the caller.

ThiS Cl updates CFXJSE_Value::ToString() to return a CFX_ByteString instead
of taking an out parameter. It also adds a ToStringC() and ToWideString()
to hide the common conversions that are done on the string value.

Fix is speculative because I can't repro locally, but I know the
current code is wrong.
I fixed this intially in https://codereview.chromium.org/2015143005/
I then broke it again in https://codereview.chromium.org/2019333006/
There is another spot where we are still casting through void*, and
the CXFA_Node*'s alignment is getting messed up when it fails to adjust
for it's vtable. Using CFXJSE_HostObject consistently avoids the issue.
Adding a virtual dtor to CFXJSE_HostObject might skirt the issue, but
I want to be able to wrap simple objects without that penalty if
desired.
