This picks up many Mac expectation files, though not all Macs render
them the same way. This also adds a new "jetman_std" test case.
All the failures on Mac are suppressed.

Some changes were required to match underlying ctors
as invoked by the templated methods.
Many release() calls go away, a few WrapUniques() are
introduced to avoid going deeper into other code.

The FileRead's return convention is being modified at
https://codereview.chromium.org/2430743003/, so first provide
a test of the old behaviour.
Fix some issues with null dictionaries as provided by the
CPDF_Stream default ctor along the way.

Add Mac toolchain update logic to check whether toolchain should be
downloaded. For googlers, it should be downloaded by default. This fix
the current sdk directory couldn't be found problem.
For googlers who want to opt out of using toolchain, set "use_system_xcode
= true" in gn config.

All corpus tests draw reasonably well.
There are pixel differences, but no missing
features or large scale errors.
This was verified by running run_corpus_tests.py
on skiapaths and agg build dirs, then running
the skdiff tool to generate a report of the
pixel difference. For example, after running
$ ninja -C out/skia skdiff
$ ./out/skia/skdiff /repo/pdfium/out/agg/gen/pdfium/testing/corpus/ /repo/pdfium/out/skiapaths/gen/pdfium/testing/corpus/ ~/aggskiadiffs
view the report in a browser at ~/aggskiadiffs/index.html

Moved CPDF_RenderStatus to its own class and removed unused methods.
I only added some spaces and removed some {}s in cpdf_renderstatus.cpp.
Will do cleanup of the file as a followup because it would be too hard
to keep track of what's changed in this CL.

CFWL_Event has no Retain method, just a Release method. So, it's essentially
just a delete call whenever used. This CL removes the Release method and turns
the one usage into a unique_ptr.

This removes the need for agg, without providing
full Skia support.
It doesn't work yet, but it does compile and run
for simple PDFs.

This patch fixes a possibility that an owned CPDF_Stream is handed to the
indirect object holder inside RealizeResource(). Its arguments are
changed to take an object number, as is done elsewhere in the code, to
suggest that only indirect objects are acceptable.

Currently, only RemoveRef() is being called when releasing. The problem
is that when the object is no longer being used, the map is not updated
accordingly. In the pdf in the bug below, the pointer of a font used in
the second page coincides with the pointer of a font in the first page
(that was released). So the cached values for the font in the first
page are used, resulting in incorrect rendering.

The lack of coverage of the fpdfppo APIs was noticed while
trying to diagnose another issue. Adding basic calls to
these APIs then kicked out an assert in XFA, where duplicate
global CFXA_TimeZoneProviders were not expected. These are
cheap to create except for the global C RTL tzset() call, so
keep track of that and make these on demand.
