These look too much like public/ FPDF functions otherwise and yet
they are not exposed anywhere beyond core/fpdfapi. Disambiguate
one method vs. top-level function usage as a result.

These appear in compile-time const data. Adding the comment makes
it easier to see what work remains when using grep.

The data used is clearly a CID Range, but the code was interpreting it
as single CID values.

Automated using git grep & sed.
Replace StringC classes with StringView classes.
Remove the CFX_ prefix and put string classes in fxcrt namespace.
Change AsStringC() to AsStringView().
Rename tests from TEST(fxcrt, *String*Foo) to TEST(*String*,
Foo).
Couple of tests needed to have their names regularlized.
