The colour values returned from the ColorSpace GetRBG methods may not have set a value. This CL updates the CPDF_MeshStream to always initialize the values to 0 so they can't be used uninitialized. This CL removes the two Transform() overrides from CFX_Matrix and calls the TransformPoint methods directly. In the case of the 4 param version the values were assigned to the out values before calling.
