Modernizing CPDF_TextObject a little bit, in preparation for the addition of
APIs for adding text to PDFs. m_pCharCodes, m_pCharPos are now vectors, this
caused some propagation to other classes. Also m_Pos is now a point. Note that
GetItemInfo is being changed in another CL, so did minimal changes there.

This hopefully makes it less confusing what the description of a point is.
Currently we have defines for the types, which is confusing because a point
can only be one of the three. And it is mixed up with whether the point is
closing a figure or not.

We currently only limit the array recursion levels. This recursion
level may also be reset when parsing. This is insufficient to protect
against stack overflows.

Reasoning: the pTextAdvanceX in CPDF_TextObject::CalcPositionData is
being multiplied by horz_scale in CPDF_TextObject::CalcPositionData.
Then, m_pCurStates->m_TextX is updated by this amount. So multiply by
the scale also when updating with initial and final kerning and when
nsegs = 0.

as invoked by the templated methods.
Many release() calls go away, a few WrapUniques() are
introduced to avoid going deeper into other code.

indirect object holder inside RealizeResource(). Its arguments are
changed to take an object number, as is done elsewhere in the code, to
suggest that only indirect objects are acceptable.

- The code in fpdf_page_parser is only called by CPDF_StreamContentParser, so moved there.
- Split fpdf_page_parser_old into its two classes
- Renamed the corresponding unittests accordingly.
- Moved PDF_ReplaceAbbr to namespace
- Fixed few nits
- Added TODO because CPDF_StreamParser has a lot of code similar to CPDF_SyntaxParser
