2018-07-25Use document size instead of file size while parsing.Artem Strygin
We should use document size instead of File size, because all offsets and sizes was read from document should take into account of header offset. Added some tests of parsing of documents with header offset. Also drop friendship of CPDF_SyntaxParser with CPDF_Parser. Always pass these by const reference, in case the called method wants to hang on to the stream (one exception is where we stick a raw pointer into a void* slot in a context from another layer).
