FPDFDest_GetDestPageIndex() has a well defined return value for errors (-1). Keeping FPDFDest_GetPageIndex() to avoid changing behavior of the old API for whoever relies on it. FPDFDest_GetView returns the view fit type and the parameters of the view for a given destination. This is useful to have more precise internal links and bookmarks that are able to manipulate the viewport position and zoom level to focus on the part of the PDF that it links to. Automated using git grep & sed. Replace StringC classes with StringView classes. Remove the CFX_ prefix and put string classes in fxcrt namespace. Change AsStringC() to AsStringView(). Rename tests from TEST(fxcrt, *String*Foo) to TEST(*String*, Foo). Couple of tests needed to have their names regularlized.
