Turns out that "FromUnicode" is misleading in that, on linux, it simply
removes any characters beyond 0xFF and passes the rest unchanged, so
no unicode decoding actually takes place. On Windows, it passes it into
the system function specifying FX_CODEPAGE_DefANSI, converting it into
the so-called "default ANSI code plane", passing some characters,
converting others to '?' and still others to 'A'. Either way, nothing
resembling UTF8 comes out of this, so pick a better name.
These now immediately look suspicious, so a follow-up CL will see
which ones should really be WideString::UTF8Encode() instead.
Making this a normal method on a widestring rather than a static
method on a bytestring feels more natural; this is parallel to
the UTF8Encode and UTF16LE_Encode functions.
Add a test that shows these conversions.

Because the invisible temporary goes out of scope at the next
semicolon.
Also avoid returning const string references since the cost is
low to properly keep the string alive.

in the table in the same order. Constants that are not used at all are
commented out.

This CL renames the FX_OS defines to have _OS_ in their names and drops
the _DESKTOP suffix. The FXM defines have been changed to just FX.

Automated using git grep & sed.
Replace StringC classes with StringView classes.
Remove the CFX_ prefix and put string classes in fxcrt namespace.
Change AsStringC() to AsStringView().
Rename tests from TEST(fxcrt, *String*Foo) to TEST(*String*,

This method duplicates the behaviour of the const [] operator and
doesn't offer any additional safety. Folding them into one
implementation.
SetAt is retained, since implementing the non-const [] operator to
replace SetAt has potential performance concerns. Specifically many
non-obvious cases of reading an element using [] will cause a realloc
& copy.

1. Added two helper functions in CPDF_FileSpec, which will be useful
when adding support for embedded files:
CPDF_FileSpec::GetFileStream() - useful because the stream object
contains the file's data
CPDF_FileSpec::GetParamsDict() - useful because the params dictionary
contains parameters of the file, such as creation date, size, etc.
* Added two unit tests testing both functions.

Prevent implicit construction of CFX_WideString from non-wchar_t
variables. Similarly prevent implicit construction of CFX_ByteString
from non-char variables.
Fix up CBC_OnedCodaBarWriter which tries to do the above, and simplify
code there using pdfium::ContainsValue(). Same for CPDF_FileSpec.

Many release() calls go away, a few WrapUniques() are
introduced to avoid going deeper into other code.
