The CPVT_SectionInfo class only contains a CPVT_FloatRect member. This
CL removes the usage of CPVT_SectionInfo and uses the CPVT_FloatRect
where needed instead.

Only one of the props was being used and that prop always had the same
value. This CL removes CPVT_WordProps.

Sed + minimal conversions to compile, including moving some
constructors into the .cpp file. Any that caused ASAN issues
during the tests were omitted rather than trying to resolve
the underlying issue.

We never push nullptrs into this array, so remove some checks for
nullness, but be really careful about bounds checking.

m_LineArray only grows via push_back of non-null pointer, so
remove some null checks.
Another little idiosyncrasy is CLines::Clear() doesn't clear the
items in CLines, only the things that were once in CLines but aren't
anymore. So don't call it.

This change contains files in core directory which were not covered
in part I. This is part of the efforts to make PDFium code compilable
by Clang chromium style plugins.
The changes are mainly the following:
-- move inline constructor/destructor of complex class/struct out-of-line;
-- add constructor/destructor of complex class/struct if not
explicitly defined;
-- add explicit out-of-line copy constructor when needed;
-- move inline virtual functions out-of-line;
-- Properly mark virtual functions with 'override';

This CL removes the core/include/fpdfdoc/fpdf_vt.h file. The IPDF_VariableText
class was removed in favour of the only concrete class of CPD_VariableText.
CPVT_Provider was moved to CPDF_VariableText::Provider and
CPDF_VariableText_Iterator was moved to CPDF_VariableText::Iterator.
The IFX_Edit_FontMap interface was merged into the IPVT_FontMap interface so
there is only one.
Other classes were split out as needed in order to keep things compiling.
