This CL moves CMYKtoRGB methods to fx_codec. It also cleans them up a
bit, including allowing them to return tuples instead of having
non-const refs in their parameters.

The one step to make an actual concrete class is conditionalized
in fpdfview and is unconditional in the fuzzer.
Also replace the clumsy C-style callbacks with a delegate
interface as long as we are making new interfaces.

This is something we'd like to try for initial XFA launches
adding in codecs as justified by results in the wild.
Adding statistics for the unsupported cases is a follow-up
exercise once this builds correctly.
We always build all the additional libraries, to allow
fuzzers to link against them even if we are not shipping
them. The linker will sort it out for the actual code.
Rename some files to match the classes contained within.
That the existing tests seem to pass with the codecs
disabled warrants further investigation.

Revert CL http://crrev.com/2608663003 in preparation for adding
postscript generation to Pdfium.
Note postscript generation code will not be called until additional
patches land. These patches will also include modifications needed to
make this code functional (currently missing a few compression functions).

This change contains files in core directory which were not covered
in part I. This is part of the efforts to make PDFium code compilable
by Clang chromium style plugins.
The changes are mainly the following:
-- move inline constructor/destructor of complex class/struct out-of-line;
-- add constructor/destructor of complex class/struct if not
explicitly defined;
-- add explicit out-of-line copy constructor when needed;
-- move inline virtual functions out-of-line;
-- Properly mark virtual functions with 'override';
-- some minor cleanups;

The code may not cause error conditions, but can be improved. These
warnings include uninitialized variables, signed/unsigned mismatch,
redundant condition, and using bool in arithmetic operations.
Also remove a chunk of unused code.

There are currently three ways to assert in the code (ASSERT, FXSYS_assert and
assert). This CL standardizes on ASSERT. The benefit of ASSERT is that it can
be overridden if the platform requies and we can pickup the Chromium version
if it has already been defined in the build.
This does change behaviour. Currently FXSYS_assert is always defined but ASSERT
is only defined in debug builds. So, the FXSYS_assert's would fire in Release
builds. That will no longer happen.
