Make CFX_RenderDevice, which owns the IFX_RenderDeviceDriver, responsible for restoring driver state as part of its destruction so that its callers don't have to do so out of turn. Then re-order CPDF_PageRenderContext destruction order so that the progressive renderer is destroyed before the device, and the device destroyed before the options because of unowned pointers to objects owned by these. - All callers of CFX_DIBitmap methods use nullptr as the ICC Transform. - The CFX_ScanlineCompositor is always initialized with a null ICC transform. Many of its methods call TranslateScanline from the ICC module. This method casts just uses ((CLcmsCmm*)pTransform)->m_hTransform, and this should not be done when pTransform is nullptr. All corpus tests draw reasonably well. There are pixel differences, but no missing features or large scale errors. This was verified by running run_corpus_tests.py on skiapaths and agg build dirs, then running the skdiff tool to generate a report of the pixel difference.
