Replaces CFX_CMapByteStringToPtr. XFA still uses CFX_CMapByteStringToPtr so it's not completely removed just yet. Adds begin()/end() to CPDF_Dictionary and removes the GetStartPos()/GetNextElement() functions to traverse the dictionary. Callers are changed accordingly. AddValue() is also removed.
