This CL renames CBA_AnnotIterator to CPDFSDK_AnnotIterator. This
iterator does not seem to be restricted to just BAAnnot entries, so
rename to the more general name.

Automated using git grep & sed.
Replace StringC classes with StringView classes.
Remove the CFX_ prefix and put string classes in fxcrt namespace.
Change AsStringC() to AsStringView().
Rename tests from TEST(fxcrt, *String*Foo) to TEST(*String*,
Foo).
Couple of tests needed to have their names regularlized.

The -build/include setting was masking out build/include_what_you_use. This CL
restores them, fixes any build errors, and adds NOLINT as needed. As well,
the runtime/explicit and runtime/printf flags are aslo enabled and NOLINT'd.

This Cl cleans up the code regarding CPDFSDK_Annots in CPDFSDK_PageView.
This includes:
* Makes DeleteAnnot XFA only and wraps at the call site.
* Removes unused methods
* Replaces use of CountAnnots and GetAnnot with vector iteration
* Removes {Set|Kill}FocusAnnot from CPDFSDK_PageView
* Renames m_fxAnnotArray to m_SDKAnnotArray

Comparing CFX_ByteString for annotation subtypes is inefficient and
error-prone. This CL uses enum class to compare annotation subtypes.
Also, remove unused IPDFSDK_AnnotHandler::GetType() and
FSDK_XFAWIDGET_TYPENAME.

CPDFSDK_Annot::GetType should be renamed to GetAnnotSubtype as it returns
annotation subtype. Also, CPDFSDK_Annot::GetSubType is only used to check if
the annotation is signature widget. Thus, change the method to
IsSignatureWidget. Lastly, rename CPDF_Annot::GetSubType to
CPDF_Annot::GetSubtype to match with spec.
