Turns out that "FromUnicode" is misleading in that, on linux, it simply
removes any characters beyond 0xFF and passes the rest unchanged, so
no unicode decoding actually takes place. On Windows, it passes it into
the system function specifying FX_CODEPAGE_DefANSI, converting it into
the so-called "default ANSI code plane", passing some characters,
converting others to '?' and still others to 'A'. Either way, nothing
resembling UTF8 comes out of this, so pick a better name.
These now immediately look suspicious, so a follow-up CL will see
which ones should really be WideString::UTF8Encode() instead.
Making this a normal method on a widestring rather than a static
method on a bytestring feels more natural; this is parallel to
the UTF8Encode and UTF16LE_Encode functions.
Add a test that shows these conversions.

Both of these IPDF_FormNotify methods return {-1, 0, 1} but all
callsites only care about < 0 and >= 0. Convert to return a bool that
treats the 0 and 1 case as the same.
This also makse sense in terms of the API because false means validation
failure. The case where 0 was used was a place holder for we didn't try
for this field type, which also implicitly means validation passed.

There are places where an object "child" has a raw pointer
back to object "owner" with the understanding that owner will
always outlive child.
Violating this constraint can lead to use after free, but this
requires finding two paths: one that frees the objects in the
wrong order, and one that uses the object after the free. The
purpose of this patch is to detect the constraint violation
even when the second path is not hit.
We create a template that is used in place of TYPE*. It's dtor,
when a memory tool is present, goes out and probes the first
byte of the object to which it points. Used in "child", this
allows the memory tool to prove that the "owner" is still alive
at the time the child is destroyed, and hence the constraint is
never violated.
