2016-08-24	Flip document and parser ownership	dsinclair
	This Cl switches the ownership between the parser and the document. Previously the parser owned the document and we'd jump through hoops during cleanup to delete the right object. 	The parser and document refer to async loading and parsing. The code isn't actually async but loading a linearized PDF. This Cl renames the methods to clarify what the code is doing.
