	We can remove a lot of "bOwnsStream" logic in the process. Always pass these by const reference, in case the called method wants to hang on to the stream (one exception is where we stick a raw pointer into a void* slot in a context from another layer). 	This Cl switches the ownership between the parser and the document. Previously the parser owned the document and we'd jump through hoops during cleanup to delete the right object. 	The parser and document refer to async loading and parsing. The code isn't actually async but loading a linearized PDF. This Cl renames the methods to clarify what the code is doing.
