Automated using git grep & sed.
Replace StringC classes with StringView classes.
Remove the CFX_ prefix and put string classes in fxcrt namespace.
Change AsStringC() to AsStringView().
Rename tests from TEST(fxcrt, *String*Foo) to TEST(*String*,
Foo).
Couple of tests needed to have their names regularlized.

This CL adds helper methods for EmbedderTest to save. This means that
TestSaver is no longer needed and all the methods it uses are moved to
the EmbedderTest.

This CL adds a FPDF_StructElement_GetType method to get the type of a given
tagged struct. This corresponds to the /S key in the structure element
dictionary. See PDF1.7 Table 10.10.
