2018-06-12Comment some more #else // PDF_ENABLE_XFATom Sepez
This is an anti-pattern when XFA can be configured at runtime. Make it easier to find some more remaining cases. 2018-06-05Add test for FPDF_GetPageSizeByIndex()Tom Sepez
Ensure that FPDF_GetPageSizeByIndex() doesn't do a full page parse. 2018-05-25Replace some #ifdefs PDF_ENABLE_XFA, part 2.Tom Sepez
Tidy some code encountered along the way in cpdfsdk_helpers.cpp Remove one ifdef from xfa-only file. Restore some option flag processing (probably wrong to remove). Flip some #ifndef to #ifdef (#ifndef PDF_ENABLE_XFA is an anti-pattern and should be treated with suspicion since XFA should always be "additive"). 2018-05-08Add APIs to work with a FPDF_PAGERANGE.Lei Zhang
After getting a FPDF_PAGERANGE from FPDF_VIEWERREF_GetPrintPageRange(), one can now use FPDF_VIEWERREF_GetPrintPageRangeCount() to get the number of elements in the FPDF_PAGERANGE. One can then use FPDF_VIEWERREF_GetPrintPageRangeElement() to read the elements. 2018-04-25Introduce ScopedFPDF types in public/cpp/fpdf_scopers.hTom Sepez
Applies std::remove_ptr to the public API types so that we can deduce a correct unique ptr type no matter how that API might change away from void* usage.
