2017-09-21Rename CXFA_DefFontMgr to CFGAS_DefaultFontManagerDan Sinclair
This CL removes any XFA requirements on the default font manager and moves it to the fgas/ directory. Some helper methods from CXFA_FontMgr are moved into the fgas/fgas_fontutils.h files. Nothing in fxbarcode/ depends on XFA code. This CL moves xfa/fxbarcode to be fxbarcode/ and creates a static_library for fxbarcode which is depend on by the xfa library.
