2017-07-31	Add FORM_ReplaceSelection() and embedder tests.	Diana Gage
	This method replaces the selected text in a user-editable form text area with another text string (which can be empty or non-empty). If there is no selected text, FORM_ReplaceSelection() will append the replacement text after the current caret position. 	This CL adds another check to previously existing tests for GetSelectedText(). The case this new check handles is when the first index passed to SetEditSelection() is valid, but the second goes off the end of the text in the form text area.
