Automated using git grep & sed.
Replace StringC classes with StringView classes.
Remove the CFX_ prefix and put string classes in fxcrt namespace.
Change AsStringC() to AsStringView().
Rename tests from TEST(fxcrt, *String*Foo) to TEST(*String*,
Foo).
Couple of tests needed to have their names regularlized.

isDevice is currently false in tests and fuzzers and true in real
usage. This CL changes it all to true.

Nothing in fxbarcode/ depends on XFA code. This CL moves xfa/fxbarcode
to be fxbarcode/ and creates a static_library for fxbarcode which is
depend on by the xfa library.
