| We want to change the signature of {CreateDefaultPlatform} in the V8 API to return a unique_ptr instead of a raw pointer to indicate that the caller owns the platform. With this change we prepare pdfium for this change. | This CL moves the initialization of the V8 platform to happen in the GTest environment so it's only run once. This takes the CFXJSE_FormCalcContextEmbedderTest Debug time from ~25s to ~19s on my local machine.
