This causes a scrollbar to appear. We need a test case that contains
an AcroForm combobox with a popup that is large enough to create a
scrollbar.

There are three comboboxes:
1) Normal combobox with pre-selected value.
2) User editable combobox.
3) Read-only combobox, which is actually invisible.
