This CL removes CFDE_RenderContext and moves the ::Render method to be
::RenderText on the CFWL_Edit class which was the only caller.

These classes just hold a color value. Instead of creating the class to
pass the color we just pass the colors.

file is split apart into cfde_pen and cfde_brush.
