Sed + minimal conversions to compile, including moving some
constructors into the .cpp file. Any that caused ASAN issues
during the tests were omitted rather than trying to resolve
the underlying issue.

This CL renames files in xfa/fde to match the contents. The fde_object.h
file is split apart into cfde_pen and cfde_brush.

This CL removes the FDE_HVISUALOBJ in favour of the concrete FDE_TEXTEDITPIECE
class. The parameter was removed from any method which didn't use it and the
non-implemented methods were removed.
