2017-05-25Mass conversion of all const-lifetime class membersTom Sepez
Sed + minimal conversions to compile, including moving some constructors into the .cpp file. Any that caused ASAN issues during the tests were omitted rather than trying to resolve the underlying issue. The core/ directory in FWL no-longer provides any context. This Cl moves all of the core/ files up to the fwl/ folder. As well, the CFWL_EvtFoo files are renamed CFWL_EventFoo and the CFWL_MsgFoo files are renamed CFWL_MessageFoo.
