The build system doesn't like name clashes over directories in XFA. The Pattern and and Shading classes need to be renamed to not clash with future XFA node class names. 2017-09-26Move font source into CFGAS_FontMgrDan Sinclair
This CL moves the font source into the font manager so it doesn't need to be stored by each caller (and removes the platform dependant code). The |EnumFonts| method is exposed on the CFGAS_FontMgr so the caller can clear the manager if the enumeration fails. These files were originally renamed thinking they'd move with the colour class up to core/. It was decided that CPWL_Color was a better core colour class the the xfa colour so these are being renamed back to XFA based names to make it clear where they live. The GetCapacity methods return a void* because they return different types of internal class memory based on what the calling parameter was. This is confusing and makes it difficult to tell when then enum values can be removed. This CL removes GetCapacity and adds methods as needed to get the real values. The core/ directory in FWL no-longer provides any context. This Cl moves all of the core/ files up to the fwl/ folder. As well, the CFWL_EvtFoo files are renamed CFWL_EventFoo and the CFWL_MsgFoo files are renamed CFWL_MessageFoo.
