When a value was passed it would set the |m_pCurDelegate| not the |m_pDelegate|. This Cl breaks ::SetDelegate into ::GetCurrentDelegate and ::SetCurrentDelegate to make it clear what is happening and that this does not effect the |m_pDelegate| variable.
