several of the strings returned by ::LoadString() are inlined in their

This CL updates the CFWL_ListBox code to work with return values instead
of out params. This also extracts the CFWL_ListItem code out of CFWL_ListBox
and puts into the correct class.

The core/ directory in FWL no-longer provides any context. This Cl moves all
of the core/ files up to the fwl/ folder.
As well, the CFWL_EvtFoo files are renamed CFWL_EventFoo and the CFWL_MsgFoo
files are renamed CFWL_MessageFoo. The event and message preceed the type in
order to keep the files sorted together and to make it clear that they're all
related.

This CL removes any CFWL_Evt classes for which nothing was listening to the
events. For events with no parameters the override class was removed and
the event type passed into CFWL_Event which is used instead. Any event or
message parameters which are un-read have been removed.

This Cl updates the TxtEdtEngine and TxtEdtBuf to return CFX_WideStrings on
a Get instead of taking an out param. The change is propagated out through

The ::SetDelegate method was misleading. The primary use was
SetDelegate(nullptr) which returned the current delegate and didn't actually
set anything. When a value was passed it would set the
|m_pCurDelegate| not the |m_pDelegate|.
This Cl breaks ::SetDelegate into ::GetCurrentDelegate and ::SetCurrentDelegate
to make it clear what is happening and that this does not effect the
|m_pDelegate| variable.

This CL renames IXFA_DocProvider to IXFA_DocEnvironment to better describe the
purpose. Then, CPDFXFA_Document has all of the IXFA_DocEnvironment methods
removed and placed in CPDFXFA_DocEnvironment. The CPDFXFA_Document then
has a CPDFXFA_DocEnvironment.
This splits the code related to the document apart from the XFA callback methods
to work with that document.

This change mainly contains files in xfa/fxfa directory.
This is part of the efforts to make PDFium code compilable
by Clang chromium style plugins.
The changes are mainly the following:
-- move inline constructor/destructor of complex class/struct out-of-line;
-- add constructor/destructor of complex class/struct if not
explicitly defined;
-- add explicit out-of-line copy constructor when needed;
-- move inline virtual functions out-of-line;
-- Properly mark virtual functions with 'override';
-- some minor cleanups;

This avoids another use of CFX_PrivateData. Note that in the old
code, we'd be calling through a m_pImpl onto the same underlying
object as we passed as the "key" argument when setting the value,
which explains why the get calls, happening one object lower, pass
the same argument as which they are being inovked against.

This CL moves all of the XFA_WIDGETSTATUS values into a single enum instead
of multiple defines. The values are also normalized.
The name was updated to be XFA_WidgetStatus.
The XFA_WIDGETFILTER and XFA_LAYOUTSTATUS defines had to
match up to XFA_WIDGETSTATUS. This Cl replaces those so
we just have a single enum to work with.

This Cl updates FWL_ERR to be an FWL_Error enum class. It removes FX_ERR and

This Cl is the same as: https://codereview.chromium.org/1943413002/ but I seem
to have messed up the base URL in that one.
