This CL moves the attribute handling out of CFDE_XMLElement and
CFDE_XMLInstruction into a common CFDE_XMLAttributeNode. The handling is
also converted to a std::map from either a) a vector storing
name,value,name,value or b) two vectors one for names and the other for
values.
The unused Get/Set methods for interger and float are removed and the
iteration is converted to use iterators.

This Cl splits the fde_xml_int file apart into individual class files.
Includes are fixed as needed. fde_xml.h is also removed and the needed
defines moved to more appropiate places.

Nothing in fxbarcode/ depends on XFA code. This CL moves xfa/fxbarcode
to be fxbarcode/ and creates a static_library for fxbarcode which is
depend on by the xfa library.

The name Unitime did not give any indication of what the class
contained. This Cl renames to DateTime to more accurately refect the
class holds a date and time.

There are currently several ownership models for these objects,
including ad-hoc logic for sharing and deletion, and the
now-redundant CFX_DIBitmapRef externally-counted handle to the DIBs.
Replace them all with the internal refcount scheme.

This CL moves the .h files to have names corresponding to the contained
classes. The .cpp files are moved alongside the .h files. Any extra

When creating the XFA doc view we always pass the same docview flag (0).
So, the map will only ever have one item in it. This Cl simplifies
the code by removing the map and just dealing with a single doc view.

Tree traversal doesn't require a stack as we always have
parent pointers in nodes.
Break the code into smaller units to help make more
comprehensible what is going on.
Remove init methods and force callers to pass us root
in the constructor.
The operations are complicated by the lack of a last child
or previous sibling pointer in our nodes.

The one step to make an actual concrete class is conditionalized
in fpdfview and is unconditional in the fuzzer.
Also replace the clumsy C-style callbacks with a delegate
interface as long as we are making new interfaces.

The CFX_Path was the only user of the CFX_PathGenerator which in turn just
proxied to the CFX_PathData. This CL removes the CFX_PathGenerator and merges
the code up into CFX_Path.
