2017-07-24Move xfa/fxfa/app to xfa/fxfachromium/3166Dan Sinclair
There currently exists a weird split where some files exist in xfa/fxfa and some files exist in xfa/fxfa/app. This CL removes the app/ folder and moves all files up to the parent directory.
