This CL adds the necessary plumbing to propagate the change information
for a text widget from FWL out to JS and handle the returned value as
necessary.

The first step, AcceptsFocusOnButtonDown(), returns whether the
widget wants focus on a mouse click.
The second step, On{L|R}ButtonDown(), handles the click after focus
has been assigned.

The existing code for spellchecking is non-functional and we are not
planning on fixing/finishing it, so removing it, since it currently is
marking everything as misspelt.

This CL adds two mouse selection tests for CFWL_Edit. In order to do so
the needed selection code was added to the XFA widget handler and
plumbed down to the CFWL_Edit field as needed.

Automated using git grep & sed.
Replace StringC classes with StringView classes.
Remove the CFX_ prefix and put string classes in fxcrt namespace.
Change AsStringC() to AsStringView().
Rename tests from TEST(fxcrt, *String*Foo) to TEST(*String*,
Foo).
Couple of tests needed to have their names regularlized.

There currently exists a weird split where some files exist in xfa/fxfa
and some files exist in xfa/fxfa/app. This CL removes the app/ folder
and moves all files up to the parent directory.
