This CL moves the XFA SOM JS Method information out of the c-array and
into individual CJX class files.

These files were originally renamed thinking they'd move with the
colour class up to core/. It was decided that CPWL_Color was a better
core colour class the the xfa colour so these are being renamed back to
XFA based names to make it clear where they live.

Move StartRender into the constructor, remove StopRender as it will be
handled by the destructor. Remove RenderOptions as they are always set
the same way.

This CL moves the .h files to have names corresponding to the contained
classes. The .cpp files are moved alongside the .h files. Any extra
classes in the .h files have been split into their own files.
