Sed + minimal conversions to compile, including moving some
constructors into the .cpp file. Any that caused ASAN issues
during the tests were omitted rather than trying to resolve
the underlying issue.

This Cl renames several of the files in xfa/fxfa/parser to match the
name of the contained classes. Files with multiple clasess are split
apart when renamed.

These two ought to happen at the same time as they are
