Now that the attributes are stored per node we don't need to store the
packets for a given attribute as the node is already restricted to
certain packets.

This CL moves JS code out of CXFA_Node and places it into fxjs/cjx_node.
The CXFA_Node then has a CJX_Node as a member and, currently, proxies JS
calls to the CJX_Node member.

Automated using git grep & sed.
Replace StringC classes with StringView classes.
Remove the CFX_ prefix and put string classes in fxcrt namespace.
Change AsStringC() to AsStringView().
Rename tests from TEST(fxcrt, *String*Foo) to TEST(*String*,
Foo).
Couple of tests needed to have their names regularlized.
