There currently exists a weird split where some files exist in xfa/fxfa and some files exist in xfa/fxfa/app. This CL removes the app/ folder and moves all files up to the parent directory. When a CFXJSE_HostObject is obtained from an opaque pointer inside a V8 object internal slot, there is no way to distinguish one from the other.
