Sed + minimal conversions to compile, including moving some constructors into the .cpp file. Any that caused ASAN issues during the tests were omitted rather than trying to resolve the underlying issue. Then, CPDFXFA_Document has all of the IXFA_DocEnvironment methods removed and placed in CPDFXFA_DocEnvironment. The CPDFXFA_Document then has a CPDFXFA_DocEnvironment.
