This CL removes the CXFA_Node::GetNodeItem(kind, object_type) method in
favour of explicit methods. All of the callers passed in a
XFA_ObjectType::ContainerNode.

This CL splits the node template out of xfa_utils into its own file. The
XFA_ByteStringToDouble method was moved to the only calling file.
