This CL changes the TryCData and TryContent to return
pdfium::Optional<WideString> values instead of returning a bool and
taking an out WideString.

The CXFA_Data nd CXFA_ExData files are part of the data hierarchy. They
need to be renamed to not clash with XFA node names.
