This CL removes IFX_ArabicChar, IFX_RTFBreak, IFX_TxtBreak, IFX_WordBreak, IFX_FormatString, and IFX_GSUBTable. References were updated to be the concrete classes. The CFX_GSUBTable was also removed as it is unused.
