Removing this also makes CheckRotate(), NormalizeCompositeChar(), and CTextPage unused. Removing those makes CTextBaseline() unused. Removing that makes txtproc.h unused. PDF_GetTextStream_Unicode also unused. ... and so on until entire files can be removed.
