2011-07-20BeagleBoardPkg: Ensure there is no pending IRQ and disable timeroliviermartin

2011-07-06BeagleBoardPkg: Introduce macro EDK2_SECOND_STAGE_BOOTOLADERoliviermartin
By setting this macro, the OMAP353x header is stripped from the UEFI firmware. Some boot loader (eg: x-loader) loads the second stage boot loader (u-boot or uefi) to a specific address and start the firmware from this address. This macro ensures the reset vector is located at the beginning of the image. 2010-12-08Move away from 0x40 block size (worked around a DXE core bug assuming the FV ↵andrewfish

don't know how the PE/COFF spec will change, but we can merge the real change into the MdePkg when the PE/COFF spec is updated and remove this library. To be clear I made up the PE/COFF relocation extension for these relocations, but as long as the tools match it all works....
