systemc: fix gem5_to_tlm bridge
The original implementation doesn't set trans and phase correctly when scheduling PayloadEvent, and causes unexpected behavior after the event started. This change fixes the wrong event triggering by directly applying tlm_utils::peq instead of creating another one.
