Minor fixes. Somehow do-tests.pl suddenly started failing
on test5 because of a wrong exit code; fixed that.
sim/main.cc:
No need to ignore SIGPIPE, as far as I know.
sim/sim_events.cc:
A CountedExitEvent is a normal termination, so
should have an exit code of 0.
